Training Schedule

Timetables are available for download in PDF format below:

April 18th – 19th @ WPNEC – POSTPONED

May 23rd – 24th @ WPNEC – POSTPONED

July 4th – 5th @ WPNEC

Saturday: State Squad, Development 2 and Development 3

Sunday: Development 1, Development 4 and Squadettes

Please note due to COVID-19 this squad will run as a one day clinic for each squad with scheduling subject to booking numbers and Government Restrictions. Group numbers will be limited for COVID-19 social responsibility / value benefit for the rider with their current squad coach. Unfortunately, due to Government Regulations and our responsibility to our members we are not able to run a full format squad. Riders will have access to one lesson 45 mins – 80 mins depending on group numbers.

Whilst this short format may not be ideal for certain members, we appreciate your understanding that we have tried extremely hard to be able to co-ordinate/run a squad whilst meeting social responsibility conditions and hope to see a return of the full format in August.

Location: Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre (General Purpose Area)

An update on COVID-19 restrictions to be followed will be provided at the time of the timetables release. For now, the following below will be applied.

Please make sure Equestrian Victoria Memberships are up-to-date prior to the Squad Weekend.

Members will be allocated a specific area for their squad lesson and warm up. Organisers may provide instructions for parking and yard use which will be distributed prior to arrival. Riders must try to minimise the amount of time spent at the centre and maintain social distancing and hygiene guidelines as recommended by DHHS.

Riders will be restricted to one lesson (one horse). Family members may be restricted to the same time slot across the squads. Riders may be accompanied by one parent/guardian and strongly encouraged to leave other family members and friends at home.

There will be no off-horse activities or food outlets made available for the riders/parents. Riders are encouraged to arrive no more than 30 minutes before their lesson and asked not to hang around after the lesson.

Parents wanting to watch must adhere to social distancing and hygiene guidelines as recommended by DHHS. They must not stand by the coach.
